Support During Trial
During the trial period, support is provided on a best-effort basis through:
- GitHub Discussions
- GitHub Issues
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days and actively use feedback to shape Scrim.
End of Trial
At the end of the 30-day trial, we actively invite interested teams to become design partners.
Design partners work closely with the Scrim team to:
- Define priority features and advanced use cases
- Influence the product roadmap
- Align on delivery timelines and expectations
- Co-create enterprise-grade workflows
- Discuss commercial and pricing models
As part of this process, selected organisations may be asked to sign a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to formalise collaboration during the design partnership phase.
This allows both parties to align on scope, commitment, and long-term fit before entering a commercial agreement.
If you are interested in becoming a design partner, contact the Scrim team to initiate discussions.
